Almost 20 kilometers from the center of São Paulo, the
Panamby district seems to be another municipality with its club-condominiums,
sets of several towers and ample leisure areas so that the resident does not

"My parents play daily, and I myself took advantage of the sports area of the building to socialize and make friends," he says.
Security also pleases Nishikawa. "We have lots of condos in the area, which results in a large number of cameras on the street," he says.
The only thing missing is walking. The neighborhood has little service structure outside the condominiums.
Marketing supervisor Ana Paula Oliveira, 33, who lives in the region since moving from Campinas to São Paulo, chose a property near the mall to avoid long trips.
